Mental health is the silent cornerstone of a successful business. For too long, performance pressure has overshadowed emotional well-being.
Raising mental health awareness is the key to unlocking greater efficiency, retention, and profitability within organizations, creating a foundation for sustainable success.

"One of the most significant barriers to mental health care is stigma. It’s a veil of misunderstanding and prejudice that can prevent individuals from reaching out for help. I am committed to tearing down this barrier through education, open dialogue, and advocacy."

I offer dynamic speaking services for both large and small audiences, covering topics such as education, well-being, foster parenting, and much more.
I offer one-on-one coaching that empowers individuals to navigate challenges, achieve balance, and foster meaningful change.
I offer workshops designed to provide hands-on learning experiences that empower participants to develop new skills, gain fresh perspectives, and implement effective strategies in their personal and professional lives.
Strategic transparency is key to helping employees lead more satisfying lives which, in turn, increases loyalty to employees and professional organizations. The problem is that most leaders don't know where to start, what to share, and how to keep conversations about their own mental health private.

As a first-generation college student who has slain my own internal monsters of anxiety, depression, and despair, I’m no stranger to the importance of mental health awareness in corporate leadership. My own experiences on the frontline of the mental health battle, and 20 years navigating diverse C-suite environments, have helped me develop a unique set of practical strategies to help leaders successfully navigate discussions about mental health.
