A first-generation college student, and as an executive who has navigated severe anxiety and suicidal ideation, Dr. Joe understands the critical importance of mental health in leadership. His own mental health journey and extensive studies in the field equipped him with practical strategies for fostering supportive workplaces. 

As a single foster-adoptive father, Dr. Joe deeply empathizes with the complexities of mental health challenges and is dedicated to creating environments where everyone feels empowered to seek help.
